T1 & T2 Youth Theatre Groups
This term both groups are working on a collaboration towards a performance for the residents at St Stephens Care Home based on the theme of World War II. This will be performed 18th December at St Stephens. We will also be arranging a separate performance for parents, friends and family at Bishop Perowne C of E College in the new year, which has yet to be finalised.
The idea of the project is to stimulate memory and well being for the elderly to give them a sense of belonging and importance! The youth theatre has been working closely with the care home, the idea is to use the memories and thoughts of the residents to inspire the devised production.
