Florentines

Well done to everyone involved in T2 production of Florentine as part of the Worcestershire theatre festival. which is part of the "All England Theatre Festival".

The piece was devised by the youth group and written by Mel with help from the group. We met the eclectic group of people who frequent Florentines cafe, and the conker tree which and the Cafes food and drink comes from. Including a parody version of 9-5 "Working at the Cafe".

The performance at The Swan Theatre was well received by the audience and a fun time was had by all.
The adjudicator commented on the show after, and in the evening at the awards presentation Mel was presented with an award for "Best Set", With thanks to Carlys 8ft Conker tree, I think. Check out some behind the scenes action thanks to Chloe.
